Quality and Finishing Supervisor

About the role

The Quality and Finishing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality control and finishing processes in the manufacturing department. This position ensures that all products meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating product quality and making recommendations for improvements
• Overseeing the finishing process to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on quality metrics
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control principles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
