About the role

As a Full Time Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) at The Arc Chemung-Schuyler, you will play a crucial role in utilizing team-based concepts for the coordination, supervision, and provision of residential services and day services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the effective coordination of Comprehensive Functional Assessments (CFAs) at Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs), ensuring that each individual's needs are met and that they receive the highest quality of care. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, supervise, and provide residential services and day services for individuals with intellectual disabilities using team-based concepts
  • Facilitate the effective coordination of Comprehensive Functional Assessments (CFAs) at Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs)
  • Ensure each individual's needs are met and they receive the highest quality of care

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Meet Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) requirements as defined in Federal Medicaid Regulations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Skills

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Effective writing/typing and documentation/record-keeping abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay

Competitive pay rate of $21–$24 per hour.
