About the role
As a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), you will play a vital role in ensuring each individual receives high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, community inclusion, and meaningful choice. This position manages a caseload of approximately 10-12 residents while providing leadership and support to the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who assist them each day.
Clinton Manor Living Center is home to 51 adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs.
Schedule
- Primarily Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- One scheduled 11:00 AM-7:00 PM shift each week
- Flexibility to assist with Direct Support Professional (DSP) coverage as needed
- Participation in the on-call rotation (on-call stipend provided)
Pay
$29.00-$33.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional on-call stipend provided.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Psychology, or another closely related human services field or be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least one year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver's license and meet agency driving requirements
- Successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with Healthcare Worker Registry regulations
- Successfully pass all required State and Federal registry checks
- Successfully complete the required pre-employment physical
