Schedule Primarily Monday-Friday8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PMOne scheduled 11:00 AM-7:00 PM shift each weekFlexibility to assist with Direct Support Professional (DSP) coverage as neededParticipation in the on-call rotation (on-call stipend provided) Compensation $29.00-$33.00 per hour, based on experienceAdditional on-call stipend Clinton Manor Living Center is home to 51 adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs. As a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), you will play a vital role in ensuring each individual receives high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, community inclusion, and meaningful choice. This position manages a caseload of approximately 10-12 residents while providing leadership and support to the Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who assist them each day.
