About the Role

A Quality Control Technician responsible for inspecting concrete products and ensuring quality throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves coordinating production bed layouts, overseeing pre-pour and post-pour inspections, and managing stressing operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect concrete products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and oversee production bed layouts.
• Conduct pre-pour and post-pour inspections.
• Oversee stressing operations.
• Interface effectively with specifying agencies, internal production, and administrative departments.
• Develop and manage all mix designs.
• Maintain record keeping to ensure PCI compliance.
• Oversee all laboratory and concrete testing activities.

Requirements

• Must have knowledge of concrete manufacturing and inspection of concrete products.
• ACI, PCI, or DOT certifications required.
