Position Summary
Monitor processes per Bakers Best SOPs and written procedures. Accurately record information on designated forms and at specified times.
Essential Functions
- Make certain all paperwork is filled out properly and neatly
- Perform necessary checks at the designated times such as metal detector, internal temperature, freezer temperature checks, etc.
- Perform daily GMP audit and report findings to supervisor
- Monitor personnel to make sure they are following proper procedures
- Communicate any issues with supervisor
- Keep work area clean and organized
