About the role
The role requires previous experience as a Quality Control Tech with knowledge in concrete manufacturing and inspection of concrete products. The individual will be responsible for inspecting products as a Quality Control Tech.
Responsibilities
- Certified in ACI, PCI, or DOT standards
- Affirmative assurance of quality throughout the manufacturing process, including coordination of production bed layouts, oversight of pre-pour and post-pour inspections, and supervision of stressing operations
- Effective communication with specifying agencies, internal production, and administrative departments
- Management of all Mix Designs, maintenance of records to ensure PCI compliance, and oversight of laboratory and concrete testing activities
- Computer literacy required
