QC Sanitation Tech - 3rd Shift

Job Duties

  • Perform 5-step sanitation on all fillers, carbo-coolers, proportions and rinse twist units once each week and prior to each scheduled juice run.
  • Perform external sanitation on all equipment in filler room, line covers, conveyors, carbo-coolers, and fillers, as well as walls and floors, each shift when 5-step internal sanitation is not being required.
  • Fog filler room at end of each week with Spartec Quatenary Ammonia.
  • Apply Spartec to each drain in filler room and batching room at end of each week.
  • High pressure clean walls and supply lines in batching room once every 2 weeks.
  • Perform tests to assure strengths of both cleaners and sanitizers are at required levels.
  • Record test results.
  • Keep and maintain accurate records of all important tasks performed in Sanitation Department for future reference.
