QC Loan Servicing

About the role

TCS is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicing position in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves reviewing documents to ensure correct processes are followed, managing loan pipelines, auditing bankruptcy and foreclosure documentation, and confirming escrow account functions.

Responsibilities

• Review documents to ensure correct mortgage payment processes are followed
• Ensure rate adjustments are correctly calculated and required notices are sent on time
• Audit bankruptcy documentation to handle loans in the correct manner
• Review 1098/1099 documents to confirm loan payments are processed correctly
• Audit documents to ensure proper filing of claims to mortgage insurance providers
• Review documents to confirm loan payments are processed correctly and applied appropriately
• Audit documentation to confirm foreclosure process completion and compliance with policies
• Review loans for assistance options, offer eligible programs, and finalize assistance options
• Audit loans to confirm proper transfer of loan servicing records
• Confirm escrow account functions are being performed correctly
• Audit documentation to confirm FEMA disaster event loans are serviced correctly
• Audit documentation to confirm LPI notices were sent and removed when necessary
• Audit loans to confirm loan servicing records are properly transferred

Requirements

Minimum 24-36 months of US mortgage servicing experience, knowledge of the mortgage servicing process, documentation, and loan terminology, strong communication and analytical skills, flexibility to work in night shifts, and proficiency in MS Office.
