QA Test Analyst – Manual & Automation | Bilingual Spanish

Responsibilities

• Test and validate Spanish-language screens, notices, forms, correspondence, messages, workflows, and resident-facing content, including comparing Spanish functionality/content against approved English requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system integration (SIT), user acceptance (UAT), and end-to-end (E2E) testing.
• Develop and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Conduct manual and automated testing for large enterprise applications.
• Test REST API / SOAP web services using tools like Postman.
• Validate backend data using SQL.
• Test mobile applications and Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
• Validate JSON/XML data structures.
• Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks using Jira.
• Collaborate with teams using Git and CI/CD concepts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA/testing experience with large enterprise applications.
• Strong experience in both manual and automation testing.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience with Selenium, TestNG, and Java.
• Experience testing Salesforce implementations.
• Experience with policy-driven enterprise applications.

Preferred Experience

• State Government / Connecticut DSS.
• Medicaid / Medicare systems.
• Human Services / HHS.
• Eligibility & Benefits systems, including Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES).
• Healthcare applications.
