QA Technician - FUJ QS
Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Technician will assist with development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures and will have a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, procedures, and will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of quality systems within the organization.
Position Responsibilities
- Essential: Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures
- Essential: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Essential: Assist in the investigation and resolution of quality issues and non-conformances
- Essential: Support the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Essential: Assist in the documentation and maintenance of quality records and reports
- Essential: Participate in the development and delivery of quality training programs for staff
- Essential: Communicate issues and/or concerns to senior QA techs and management
- Essential: Support the maintenance of quality management systems and certifications
- Essential: Ensure all safety procedures, practices, and regulations are followed before, during, and after the process to foster a positive safety culture by having a safety-first mindset and approach during execution of activities
- Non-Essential/Other: Other duties and special projects as assigned
Essential Skills And Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
- Ability to pass required safety training such as Lock Out Tag Out, Hazard Communication, ISO, ETC
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, such as Email, Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience demonstrating successful support of a positive safety culture
Beneficial Skills And Experience
- Greater than 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing/industrial environment
