QA Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team remotely across the United States. In this role, you will review the work performed by Patient Identity Experts, provide constructive feedback to enhance quality, and ensure adherence to project procedures. You will collaborate closely with Identity Managers and project teams to monitor quality results, conduct quality and productivity calls, and support training initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining high standards of data integrity and operational excellence within our remote teams.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong AI and innovation mindset, embracing emerging technologies such as AI tools, copilots, chat assistants, and automation to optimize workflows and improve outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance reviews of Patient Identity Expert work, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Ensure performance standards are met consistently across QA projects
- Communicate regularly with the Identity Manager regarding quality metrics and project updates
- Monitor remote team quality results and prepare summary reports for project leadership
- Conduct quality and productivity calls with Patient Identity Experts, especially those not meeting standards or on TIP programs
- Document follow-up actions and communicate notes via Teams or other platforms
- Collaborate with the Identity Manager on testing and reviewing project procedures specific to client tasks
- Oversee training completion and assignments, ensuring team members are adequately supported
- Maintain and update quality standards within the IDM system, implementing corrections or changes as needed
- Assist in task assignment and tracking within project Teams
- Participate in company staff meetings and QA review sessions as scheduled
- Support the continuous improvement of quality processes and workflows
Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within healthcare or data management sectors
- Strong understanding of hospital health information systems and complex duplicate validity requirements
- Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams using virtual technology and tools
- High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
- Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and independent thinking
