QA Specialist

• Ability to work effectively with remote teams using virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of complex duplicate validity requirements and healthcare data quality concepts.
• Familiarity with hospital health information systems and healthcare data workflows.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Able to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is preferred.
