Requirements

- Experience meeting or exceeding quality progression requirements within a healthcare data or quality assurance environment.
- Ability to work effectively with remote teams using virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of complex duplicate validity requirements and healthcare data quality concepts.
- Familiarity with hospital health information systems and healthcare data workflows.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Able to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, dependability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
