About the Opportunity

The QA Specialist role is designed to ensure the quality and accuracy of food safety, workplace safety, and human resources training courseware. This position supports continuous improvement efforts by reviewing course materials, managing quality assurance processes, and collaborating with the team to maintain high standards and professional consistency. The role contributes to the organization's mission by helping deliver reliable and effective training content.

Responsibilities

• Review courseware prior to delivery to identify production errors
• Verify grammar, spelling, and correct placement of multimedia elements
• Ensure accuracy of translated materials
• Maintain course consistency and professionalism
• Confirm accurate training record registration in platforms
• Write clear bug tickets for identified issues
• Manage deadlines and tasks efficiently
• Assist in developing new testing protocols
• Maintain Creative Team’s SharePoint sites
• Research and prepare competitor information presentations
• Substitute for Quality Assurance Manager during absences
• Maintain site and translation glossaries
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Some college education or equivalent work experience
• Native-level English proficiency
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn proprietary software
• Experience with desktop computer environments
• Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Adherence to safety practices and policies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with changing priorities
• Effective prioritization and time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal, written, and presentation formats
• Fundamental technical and administrative skills
• Customer-focused and quality-driven
• Ability to travel less than 5% as needed
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Preferred: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Preferred: Experience with content QA and proofreading
• Preferred: Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Preferred: Fluency in additional languages
• Preferred: Excellent written and verbal communication

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $56,000, with individual packages based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
