QA Automation Test Engineer

About the role

We are partnering with a leading enterprise healthcare client known for its innovative solutions and commitment to improving patient care. They are expanding their dynamic team and seeking a highly motivated professional to contribute to their critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Test AWS Connect phone software development for migration from Avaya to AWS.
• Write test cases and perform automation testing.
• Handle data mapping, estimate work effort, and define IVR requirements.
• Identify IVR conditions for requesting and preparing test data.
• Validate test data using tools such as Postman and Soap UI.
• Define test scenarios, develop and maintain scripts, and analyze bugs.
• Execute test cases and raise defects using Jira, documenting results in Confluence and Q Test/Quality Center.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Deep knowledge of Avaya and AWS Connect systems.
• Expertise in IVR systems and call center workflows.
• Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools.

Skills

• Proficiency in defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying test cases and analyzing bugs.
