QA Automation Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases for AWS Connect phone software development, supporting migration from Avaya to AWS.
• Perform automation testing and data mapping, including estimating work effort.
• Identify IVR conditions for requesting test data and prepare smoke testing data.
• Validate test data using Postman/SoapUI and identify test cases from requirements.
• Define test scenarios, develop and maintain scripts, and analyze bugs.
• Execute test cases and raise defects using defect tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, and Qtest/Quality Center.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong experience in QA automation testing.
• Deep knowledge of Avaya and AWS Connect systems.
• Proficiency with IVR systems and call center workflows.
• Experience with test data submission requests and validation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
