Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a group-wide purchasing strategy that supports business growth and operational needs
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts, SLAs, and pricing agreements
- Maintain inventory levels and delivery schedules to ensure operational continuity
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or compliance
- Collaborate with operational teams and project managers to understand their procurement needs
- Maintain procurement records and ensure documentation is compliant and audit-ready
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews
- Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar procurement leadership role
- Strong negotiation skills with a strategic and analytical mindset
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes
- Familiarity with facilities management or construction-related procurement is desirable
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
