To join our team as a Purchasing Manager, a bachelor's degree in construction management or similar discipline and 3-5 years’ experience in purchasing procurement activities in the home building industry is preferred. You must maintain a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Use strong networking and negotiation skills to partner with trades through the contract bidding and award process.
- Partner with the construction team to ensure all products and services are ready for building customer’s beautiful homes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar discipline preferred.
- 3-5 years' experience in purchasing procurement activities in the home building industry.
