Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support all subcontractor and subconsultant purchasing needs for multiple projects
- Work with assigned project managers and designated staff through the subcontractor approval process
- Develop scopes of works and leveling sheets for subcontractors
- Draft subcontractor agreements
- Liaise with legal division to review and finalize subcontract documents prior to subcontract execution
- Support Contracts Manager as needed on any requirements for post-award documentation related to subcontractor purchasing
- Support leadership with various daily task execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing/subcontractor procurement
- Able to read and understand construction drawings
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adequate data management skills
- Adaptable and problem-solving ability
- Team player
- Transparent with the team in all areas of solicitation, leveling, and buys
- Full-time availability in the NYC Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- City, State or Federal contract management experience
- Experience with complex project contracts and experience with management of multi-million-dollar projects
