Purchasing and Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the supply chain, guaranteeing timely stock of spare parts, consumables, fuel, and lubricating oils at company stores and on the fleet.
• Ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and are procured at competitive prices.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with suppliers, facilitating effective collaborations and ensuring reliability.
• Monitor stocks on board vessels and oversee warehouse and store management to optimize inventory levels.
• Cook up logistics operations to guarantee seamless delivery and storage of goods.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of three years’ experience in purchasing and logistics management, with a strong technical background relevant to the role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Solid analytical skills and proficient use of computers and digital management tools.
• Professional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
