About the role
Join the newly established U.S. operation of an established international manufacturing organization expanding its presence in the Charlotte market. Be one of the first employees supporting a brand-new Charlotte service center and warehouse operation. Report directly to the local Service Director and work closely alongside leadership as the operation is built and scaled. Partner with established manufacturing, purchasing, service, and administrative teams located in Canada. Operate in an entrepreneurial environment where the local team is lean today but positioned for continued growth.
Location
Charlotte, NC, full-time onsite at the company's new warehouse and office facility in the Westinghouse Boulevard area.

Why This Role Is Important
- Help establish the inventory, purchasing, and supply chain infrastructure for a newly launched U.S. service center.
- Take ownership of warehouse and spare-parts inventory, including receiving, shipping, inventory movement, and parts preparation.
- Support the organization's transition toward identifying, sourcing, and managing more U.S.-based suppliers.
- Manage purchasing activity and purchase orders while maintaining accurate inventory within the ERP environment.
- Serve as a critical connection point between the Charlotte operation, suppliers, field service needs, and the broader Canadian organization.
The Background That Fits
- Experience within inventory management, purchasing, parts, warehouse operations, supply chain coordination, or a similar hands-on function.
- Comfortable balancing computer-based responsibilities with physically working in a warehouse environment.
- Experience working within an ERP or inventory management system; exposure to Genius ERP is a plus.
- Comfortable communicating directly with suppliers and managing purchasing activity through phone and email.
- Practical, adaptable, and able to independently prioritize changing or urgent needs within a growing operation.
- Fluent English communication required; French language capabilities are a plus but not required.
