About the role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Logistics, Inventory & Procurement Coordinator to support daily operations at our Somerset, KY service facility. This role is essential for maintaining efficient material flow, SAP accuracy, and compliance in a small, fast-growing team environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound logistics, including receiving, documentation verification, and coordination with suppliers and carriers.
- Handle receiving, kitting, material staging, and general warehouse organization.
- Maintain accurate inventory control, including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and storage optimization.
- Execute all outbound shipping, including packaging, documentation, and carrier bookings.
- Perform all required SAP transactions, including goods receipts, material movements, shipment processing, and transactional updates.
- Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and follow up on procurement workflows in SAP.
- Order service parts and materials from our Norway site for replenishment and ongoing operational needs.
- Conduct local procurement for consumables, workshop tools, equipment, protective gear, and site supplies.
- Maintain supplier communication, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Support cost control through vendor comparison, basic sourcing, and purchase order accuracy.
- Assist with logistics-related reporting required under U.S. customer contracts.
- Serve as a local point of contact for licensing, GTC, and JC-related activities.
- Support the Service Lead and technicians with operational tasks that fall outside standard responsibilities when needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives as the Somerset site continues to grow.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, inventory management, procurement, or warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a small, hands-on team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support a growing operation.
Requirements
- Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce.

Pay
- $45,000 - $55,000 annually.
