Sources and Manages Vendors

• Sources, qualifies, and audits suppliers of consumables for the Mill.
• Maintains inventories and forecasts demand to ensure steady flows.
• Analyzes markets to assess and manage risks and opportunities.
• Collaborates with operations to resolve supplier quality and delivery issues.
• Affords support for accounting during monthly inventory audits.
• Assists operating departments with assigned tasks.

Education and Experience

• 4-year college degree, preferred in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or similar field.
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience in sourcing and vendor management.

Skills and Competencies

• Effective negotiator and strong organizational skills.
• Proven project management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Practical analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, suitable for all levels of management.
