Purchase Order Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Supporting the retail business via creation, transmission, tracking and monitoring of all purchase orders
• Establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with vendors; communicating with vendors regularly to ensure accuracy of product-related data, order transmission, and timely delivery of goods
• Analyzing data and KPIs and making recommendations related to inventory management and core replenishment
• Thinking outside of the box and presenting ideas to optimize operations, cost-savings, and problem resolution

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail inventory management/operations experience
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.)
