Duties
- You will delegate assignments to command and subordinate command card holders, provide training, and oversight to ensure the integrity of purchase card use.
- You will maintain contractual files/financial records for audits.
- You will ensure property disposal procedures are followed and required assets are sanitized prior to disposal.
- You will manage government and contractor personnel performing inventory database maintenance.
Requirements
- Conditions of employment: Must be a US Citizen, determined suitable for federal employment, participate in the direct deposit pay program, and generally must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level.
- Security clearance: Required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty.
- Travel: Required to travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. Must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
- Specialized experience: At least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
- Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related.
