About the role

Pulmonary/Critical Care – Central Texas BC/BE Pulmonology physician needed to practice at the largest regional medical center within a 150‑mile radius. Practicing and experienced physicians as well as residents will be considered.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Pulmonology
• Must be licensed in Texas or eligible for licensure

Practice models

• Employment model
• Solo private‑practice model

Compensation

• Base salary of at least $414,815 in the first year
• Lucrative incentive program
• Sign‑on bonus: $45,000
• Relocation and house‑hunting assistance: up to $20,000
• Potential student‑loan repayment
• Potential monthly training stipend for up to 24 months
• Texas license‑fee reimbursement: $2,000

Malpractice coverage
