About the role
The role involves providing 50% outpatient and inpatient consultation services for pulmonary critical care at the South Bay location, and 50% overnight tele-critical care in Los Angeles, working 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care for patients with complex pulmonary conditions
- Conduct consultations and manage inpatient cases in the South Bay clinic
- Oversee and support tele-critical care services in Los Angeles
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects
Requirements
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pulmonary Disease or Critical Care Medicine
- Experience in pulmonary critical care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Current license to practice medicine in California
- Completion of an accredited residency program in internal medicine and pulmonary/critical care medicine
Skills

- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation

Pay
$468,975.00 - $514,671.00 annually
Schedule
12-hour shifts, rotating between South Bay and Los Angeles locations.
