Sportsplex Facilities Manager

• Performs routine and preventative maintenance on facility systems, equipment, and grounds.
• Completes minor repairs, coordinates specialized repairs, sets up and tears down for events.
• Maintains maintenance records, responds quickly to requests, monitors supplies, ensures safety compliance, supports daily operations and event preparation.

Operations Supervisor - Part-time

• Oversees the safe and efficient operation of the facility during assigned shifts.
• Manages daily activities such as programs, leagues, tournaments, rentals, memberships, and special events.
• Conducts routine inspections, coordinates facility readiness, serves as the primary contact for customer concerns and conflict resolution.
• Responds to emergencies, incidents, and facility issues, implements emergency procedures, documents occurrences.
• Supervises on-duty staff, contractors, officials, instructors, and volunteers during evenings, weekends, and special events.
• Identifies maintenance needs, safety hazards, and operational concerns, communicates significant issues to leadership.

Membership & Guest Services Manager

• Oversight of the overall administration, coordination, and daily operations of the Pulaski County Sportsplex membership platform, guest services, and front desk staff.
• Supervises guest services, membership administration, event support staff, and coordinates work assignments, training, and performance monitoring.
• Serves as the expert on membership enrollment, account management, auditing, reporting, and policy adherence, providing leadership to the Member & Guest Services team.
• Supports Parks & Recreation and STEA events by assisting with logistics, facility readiness, staffing, vendor communication, and customer service.

• Serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, participants, and visitors.
