Responsibilities

• Propose event formats and monetization strategies tailored to North American user preferences and local player habits.
• Participate in local user research, synthesize player feedback, and contribute to game feature improvements.
• Recommend UGC gameplay modes to boost user engagement.
• Identify and report outstanding designs from competitors, along with player feedback and data trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and departments to drive implementation and innovation.

Requirements

• Avid gamer with deep hands-on experience in mainstream FPS titles and strong familiarity with the North American gaming market across multiple genres.
• Strong local user insight with the ability to distill player observations and work with the product team.
• Excellent cross-team and cross-department communication and coordination skills.
• Fast learner with strong adaptability.

Pay

The expected base pay range for this position is $24.81 to $42.70 per hour, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
