Responsibilities
- Answering emergency and non-emergency calls
- Handling after-hours maintenance requests
- Monitoring the campus fire and security alarm system
- Guest permit issuance
- Ensuring student worker and patrol officers are secure while on duty

- Be able to use their databases to enter and retrieve information
- Work is during the evening, nighttime, and weekends
