Service Dispatcher
Job Description
Cook up our technician's work routes via email and phone.
Facilitate communication between our client companies, customers, and our technicians.
Schedule and complete service tickets.
Communicate well with technicians to create organized workflow and eliminate errors.
Enter information into our database and perform simple administrative functions.
Track and organize installer and technician paperwork.
Provide administrative support such as preparing reports and other duties as assigned.
Accurately completes timecards.
Position Requirements
- Must be capable of learning and using the appropriate software and electronic tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective negotiation and good analytical skills.
- Good time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Working knowledge of Window’s Operating System, Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
