About the role
The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results-oriented individual to serve as Implementation & Continuous Quality Improvement Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and strong leadership and communication capabilities. Responsibilities
- Serves as Statewide Wraparound Implementation and Continuous Quality Improvement Manager
- Oversees fidelity monitoring tools, such as Wraparound Fidelity Index (WFI), Team Observation Measure (TOM), and DCFS practice observations
- Designs and manages CQI processes that integrate fidelity, outcomes, and qualitative data
- Serves as the contract monitor for Wraparound providers
- Provides leadership, guidance, and coordination to strengthen authentic engagement of families, youth, lived experts, and community partners
- Prepares summaries, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
Pay
Anticipated starting salary: \$9,000 to \$11,000 monthly
