About the role
Spurwink Clinicians provide individual and family therapy in a school setting at Noble Middle School. Home and community-based sessions are also offered as needed. This is a year-round position.
Spurwink prioritizes quality supervision for clinicians, using a blend of individual and group formats to meet licensing requirements and professional development needs. Access to training in evidence-based treatment modalities is provided. A generous allowance is available for therapy supplies, external trainings, and license reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and provide individual and family therapy.
- Provide updates on treatment progress for managed care entries, clinical documentation, and electronic record keeping.
- Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration and demonstrate strong networking skills.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Current Maine licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC). Fully licensed strongly preferred.
- Current driver’s license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink’s Driving policy.

Pay
$57,200 annually with additional bi-weekly performance incentives.
