Public School Clinician - Sanford Middle School

In this role, clinicians provide individual and family therapy in a school setting at Sanford Middle School. Home and community-based sessions are also offered as needed. This is a year-round position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and provide individual and family therapy.
- Provide updates on treatment progress for managed care entries, clinical documentation, and electronic record keeping.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and strong networking skills.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Current Maine Licensure (LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, or LCPC). Fully licensed strongly preferred.
- Current driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's Driving policy.

Pay
$57,200 with additional bi-weekly performance incentives.
