Public Health Nursing Supervisor - Clinic

About the role

The Umatilla County Public Health Clinics provide equitable and affordable healthcare access for critical public health services. This position operates at both Pendleton and Hermiston locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team in delivering high quality public health services.
• Respond to evolving public health challenges and ensure equitable access to Reproductive Health, Immunizations, and TB Care.
• Mentor, coach, and empower a clinical team focused on clinical excellence and process innovation.
• Ensure comprehensive patient education, counseling, resource connection, and quality outcomes for the community.

Requirements

• Current and unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse license.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an approved school of nursing.
• 2 years of experience as a practicing Registered Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Able to accept and utilize supervision and lead by example.
• Able to work with people of all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience in community health.
• Laboratory training and experience.

Pay

SALARY: $8,297.00/ Month - Plus Excellent Benefits
