JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have satisfied education requirements from an accredited program and be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Arkansas by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy (the Board).
- CPR certified.
- Sound clinical skills and demonstrated good judgment.
- Working knowledge of physical, mental and social needs of the frail elderly population.
- Ability to problem-solve and plan effectively.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
PHYSICAL
- This is a safety sensitive position.
- Requires physical strength to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Must be able to work required schedule.
- Hearing within normal range.
- Frequent sitting, stooping, standing, walking, bending, pushing/pulling up to 250 pounds, and carrying up to 35 pounds, and lifting up to 100 pounds.
