About the role
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and medication management.Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming
- Help patients with meals and nutrition
- Monitor patients' health conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks in various environments
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
