PT Server - Cherry Valley Hotel

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sets up and cleans station before, during and after shift
• Seats and takes accurate food orders from guests
• Makes sure food is properly prepared and nicely presented or the buffet is appealing
• Monitors food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered correctly
• Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment
• Aids in bussing tables
• Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Team player
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
• Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, etc.
• Basic mathematical skills to make change and give refunds
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

COMPENSATION

Compensation Range: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour
