Restaurant Server - PT

About the role

We are seeking an F&B Server to provide food and beverage service for our restaurant and room service areas. This position requires working from 7:00 AM to 11:45 AM, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid alcohol awareness and food handler card.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand the menu, including ingredients, preparation, and expected service standards for each dish.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate the POS system efficiently.
• Transport, polish, and organize clean wares, utensils, and accessories as needed.
• Multitask effectively and bridge communication between front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams.
• Comply with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Maintain direct and consistent communication with the culinary and management teams.
• Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding service, product, or personnel.
• Process service responsibilities for staff, including servers and bartenders.
• Expedite service in the absence of the Chef or F&B Manager.
• Verbally describe and present the hotel’s food offerings in a professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Excellent communication skills and familiarity with the hospitality industry.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management, staff, and the public.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year or more of service experience.

Pay

$14 per hour plus tips and service charge.
