Pay

$57 to $72 hourly, varying by location, experience, and skills.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function
• Provide interventions and conduct reexaminations at least every 30 days
• Modify interventions as necessary and perform discharge planning
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current state-specific physical therapy license
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
• One year of related physical therapy experience for home health roles (or regional leader approval with mentoring/residency program)
• Current CPR certification
