Pay

Attractive pay range of $122,000–$153,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
• Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (every 30 days, at minimum), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state you're assigned to work in.
• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program as set by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care to ensure sufficient knowledge and skills to safely provide services. If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders and appropriate mentoring or participation in a residency program is required.
• Current CPR certification.

Schedule

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
