About the role
Provide rehabilitation services to patients with neurological conditions and other specialty needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to guide treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Current license to practice in state
- Experience in neurological rehabilitation preferred
