Our Therapy Center is a multidisciplinary, patient-centered outpatient clinic offering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy—without the constraints of a hospital-based system. We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about neurologic rehabilitation and specialty care to join our growing team in Ridgefield, CT.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with a focus on neurologic and functional outcomes
  • Develop individualized plans of care with an emphasis on quality and progression
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Utilize innovative tools including HEP platforms, outcomes tracking, and RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring)
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and caregivers

Requirements

  • Licensed PT in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
  • Interest or experience in neurologic rehabilitation (training available)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
  • A clinician who values patient-centered, high-quality care
  • New grads encouraged to apply

Pay

Our target pay range listed for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
