About the role

This is a 13-week allied travel assignment for a Physical Therapist in a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute physical therapy services in Illinois.
• Deliver inpatient rehabilitation therapy.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in Illinois (Acute PT-IL).
• Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist credential.
• Valid Social Security Number (SSN).
• Date of Birth (DOB) verification required.
• One professional reference covering entire work history.

Pay

Pay rate: $2,214.00 - $2,281.00 per week.

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts.
• Start date: As soon as possible.
