Responsibilities

• Deliver quality rehabilitation care

Requirements

• 1 year of inpatient rehab experience as a Physical Therapist
• Active PT license (Compact accepted)
• BLS certification (copy required)
• SSN and date of birth required
• 1 reference from entire work history
