About the role

Provide state-of-the-art physical therapy services to patients with neurological and specialty rehabilitation needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment
• Perform therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve functional mobility
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of [State]
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a clinical setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
