About the role
Provide state-of-the-art physical therapy services to patients with neurological and specialty rehabilitation needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment
- Perform therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve functional mobility
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of [State]
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
