Responsibilities
- Processes admission applications and all student documents including high school transcripts, unofficial college transcripts, and chargeback requests.
- Serves potential and current students with the enrollment process by providing front counter, chatbot, text messaging, email, and phone support.
- Serves as the One Stop receptionist, supporting the enrollment and recruitment team.
- Utilizes various online solutions such as CRM and ERP systems to support operations.
- Supports students in scheduling virtual academic advising appointments if requested.
- Ensures that placement scores, SAT/ACT, or multiple measure scores are submitted and recorded.
- Responds to requests and refers students to institutional resources.
- Aids new students with course selection and registration.
- Oversees the scanning and linking of all incoming student records.
- Affords assistance with the preparation, setup, and coordination of events.
- Assists with the scheduling of rooms for events and meetings.
- Performs general office duties such as processing mail, maintaining inventory of office supplies and recruitment materials.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Associate degree.
- Experience: Experience working in an educational setting.
Qualifications
- Competencies: Ability to work independently and make sound decisions; excellent ability to communicate in written and oral form; strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; superb customer service skills; strong computer literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products; bi-lingual in Spanish preferred; knowledge of Ellucian’s Colleague management information system a plus.
