PT On-call Facilities/Shipping and Receiving

Responsibilities

• Receive and process overnight packages
• Send overnight packages
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures
• Handle conference room setups and furniture configurations
• Respond to requests and report
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Take direction from the site manager and the assistant site manager
• Participate in cross-training
• Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in shipping and receiving, mail operations, and customer service
• Valid Driver's License required
• Prior facilities, mail, or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
• Able to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Able to multi-task effectively
• Able to meet employer's attendance policy
• Able to lift up to 55lbs
