Shipping and Receiving/Technician

What You'll Do

• Check in tools properly and swiftly, prepping completed jobs to be shipped back to the customer/tool shop
• Affords assistance in areas of package and prep, load, and unload trucks as needed
• Completes customers' paperwork, shipping and receiving paperwork - FedEx, UPS, shippers etc.
• Ensures timely and accurate data entry into SAP system
• Operates tool room equipment such as cranes and hi-lows
• Provides secondary/back-up support in other areas, such as Tool Prep (cleaning and prepping tools) and Laser (loading tools in laser engraving machine), etc.
• Follows all OSHA safety guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures
• Communicates problems in a timely manner to Management

What You'll Bring

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 2+ years in role with similar requirements
• Must be able to work a standard 40-hour work week with occasional overtime, including weekends as a possibility
• Sitting and/or standing for an extended period of time as well as some walking within the facility. Reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling (not an all-inclusive list)
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborative within a team-centered group
