JOB DETAILS Dietary Assistant – Part-Time Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL Part-Time | Competitive Pay Based on Experience Join the Dietary Team at Glen Haven Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and friendly Part-Time Dietary Assistant to join our dietary team. This position helps prepare and serve meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for our residents. Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and food service.Prepare and deliver resident meal trays according to dietary guidelines.Assist with serving meals and beverages.Clean and sanitize dishes, equipment, work areas, and dining spaces.Stock food, supplies, and serving areas as needed.Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.Work closely with dietary and nursing staff to meet resident needs. Qualifications Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team.Friendly and respectful when interacting with residents, families, and coworkers.Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
