PT Dietary Aide

About the Role

We’re seeking a friendly, dependable, and energetic Dietary Aide to join our Long-Term Care team. This part-time position starts at $16.00/hour and offers a rewarding career where your work makes a difference.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare and serve delicious, resident-friendly meals
• Provide warm, courteous service to our residents
li>Keep dining and kitchen areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with meal setup, trays, dishes, and kitchen duties
• Help create a positive and enjoyable mealtime experience for our residents

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to help
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous dietary or food service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person

• Standing and/or walking very frequently
• Sitting occasionally
• Reaching with hands and arms frequently
• Pushing/pulling very frequently
• Talking and/or hearing very frequently
• Tasting and/or smelling very frequently
• Lifting up to 50 pounds frequently
• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally
• Close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception in vision; ability to adjust focus
